Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AstroBiz (the “Platform”) at astrobiz.in and its astrologer subdomains. The Platform is operated by Deepak Kumar Sharma (“we”, “us”), of Ace Parkway, Sector 150, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201310. By using the Platform or booking a consultation through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who these terms apply to

The Platform serves two kinds of user, and some sections apply only to one:

  • Clients — people who book an astrology consultation from an astrologer’s site.
  • Astrologers — professionals who use the Platform to run their practice, take bookings and deliver reports.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a consultation or hold an account. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have their permission to share the personal details you provide, including their birth details.

3. The nature of astrology services — please read

Astrology readings, horoscope matching, vastu and palmistry consultations are provided for guidance, reflection and personal interest only. This matters, so we want to be unambiguous about it:

  • Readings are not a substitute for professional advice — medical, psychological, legal, financial, or otherwise. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters.
  • We make no guarantee of accuracy and no promise that any predicted event, outcome or benefit will occur. Interpretations are the astrologer’s personal opinion.
  • You should not make critical life, health or financial decisions solely on the basis of a reading.
  • If you are experiencing a medical or mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service — not an astrologer.

Consultations are sold as a service performed by the astrologer, not as a product with a guaranteed result.

4. Booking a consultation (clients)

When you book, you pay for the astrologer’s time and expertise in preparing your consultation. Your payment contract is with Deepak Kumar Sharma, and the astrologer named on the site performs the consultation.

To deliver your consultation we need accurate information from you. You agree that:

  • The details you provide — including date, time and place of birth — are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Astrological calculations depend entirely on these, and an incorrect birth time produces an incorrect chart. We cannot refund a reading based on details you supplied incorrectly.
  • Any files you upload (such as palm photographs or property plans) are yours to share and do not infringe anyone else’s rights.
  • You provide at least one working contact route — an email address or a phone number — so your astrologer can deliver your report and reach you.

Delivery timelines shown on a service are estimates, not guarantees. Reports are delivered electronically. Download links sent by email are time-limited for your security; if a link has expired, contact your astrologer and they can re-send it.

5. Astrologer accounts

If you use the Platform to run your practice, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of everything on your public site, for the consultations you deliver, and for your conduct towards your clients.
  • You will keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You will handle client data — particularly birth details and uploaded photographs — only for the purpose of delivering that client’s consultation, and in line with our Privacy Policy.
  • You will not make guaranteed-outcome claims, promise results, or advertise services you cannot deliver.
  • Where a paid subscription plan applies to your account, the fees and inclusions are those shown on our pricing page at the time. Plan features may change as the Platform develops; we will tell you about material changes.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not receive or store your full card, UPI or bank credentials. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Your payment is confirmed only once the gateway reports it as captured.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, abuse or defraud anyone.
  • Upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or another user’s data.
  • Submit another person’s personal details without their permission.
  • Copy, resell or redistribute a report you received without the astrologer’s permission.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer or attempt to disrupt the Platform’s operation.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform, its design and its software belong to us. An astrologer’s own content — their biography, photographs, service descriptions and the reports they write — remains theirs. A report prepared for you is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance, or to protect the Platform or its users.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the Platform or a consultation is limited to the amount you paid for the consultation giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you take based on a reading — see section 3.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. An astrologer may close their account at any time; they remain responsible for completing consultations already paid for.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Platform develops. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed materially. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
